G.L.M. srl has worked for years in the ecological sector and is committed to offer a “full service” of waste management and sludge treatment.
The company is ever growing and evolving as far as experience, knowledge of regulations in force and figures are concerned. Today it boasts a notable portfolio of clients, ranging from small to large businesses, in various sectors and it is recognised as a qualified supplier.
Ghidotti Luciano, the owner of the company, has led G.L.M. srl to the current success; he started up the activity in 1992 establishing an individual company, called “ECOSTUDIO”, which offered consultancy in the waste management sector for small and medium-sized companies (records of loading and unloading, management of waste conveyance etc..).
In 1995, with the acquisition of the first filter-press, it expanded its activity in the sludge treatment sector, at the same time improving such with intermediary activity for waste management in order to not only find a solution for the reduction of volume of sludge managed by the client but also identifying the most suitable forwarding agents and collection/ disposal centres.
In the first three years of operation, ECOSTUDIO, not only obtained the authorization to the transport of special waste, but also established business relationships with various suppliers in the ecological sector, thereby strengthening the co-operation with those suppliers who have been chosen for their legal suitability, their competence and quality of service.
In 2000 ECOSTUDIO merged with G.L.M. srl. Since then, the company evolution has been marked by a strong growth as far as the transport means, personnel and services are concerned. In fact, in 2004 the company obtained the authorisation for special non hazardous waste storage pursuant to the Provincial Decision no.190.
Besides assuring a full service to its clients, the main purpose of GLM srl are conformity with the legal provisions, prevention of pollution and a continual improvement of its own performance as far as environmental protection, quality of services and safety are concerned.
